What is the standard delivery time for orders within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do Merach products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Merach UK equipment comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for your peace of mind.
Can I return my fitness equipment if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to be eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Does Merach equipment integrate with fitness apps?
Most of our smart rowing machines and bikes are compatible with the Merach App, as well as popular third-party platforms like Kinomap and Zwift via Bluetooth.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is assembly required for the rowing machines and bikes?
Our equipment arrives partially pre-assembled. Each product includes a comprehensive manual and all necessary tools, typically taking 20-40 minutes to complete setup.
